Two plans, priced in Canadian dollars. Stripe's processing fees are paid to Stripe at its published rates and shown to you separately. We never mark them up, and we never hold your money: every gift settles from Stripe to your church's bank account.

Finance is $79 a month for churches receipting up to 250 donors a year, $149 up to 750, and $249 beyond that or for churches with more than one campus. Monthly fees are plus HST. No contract; cancel any time. We give at least 30 days' notice before changing a fee.

Processing fees, paid to Stripe

Online gifts are charged on your church's own Stripe account. Stripe deducts its fee and pays the rest out to your bank. These are Stripe's published Canadian rates; we pass them through as they are.

Registered charities can apply to Stripe for its charity rate; we walk you through it when you connect Stripe. Payment methods are turned on in your Stripe settings. American Express and cards issued outside Canada cost more; Stripe lists those rates on its site.

Where a $100 card gift goes

One-time gift on a Canadian Visa or Mastercard. At Stripe's standard rate the Stripe line is $3.20. Your payout report shows the same three lines for every gift.

You can let donors add an estimate of the processing cost to their gift at checkout. The estimate uses Stripe's standard card rate, so at the charity rate your church usually receives a little more than the gift; on American Express, foreign cards, and recurring gifts it can receive a little less.
